Texas' Top 10 Most Wanted fugitive Julian Exavier Murillo and sex offenders Catarino Nino Chavez III and Daniel Joe Munoz were arrested between Nov. 15 and 17, according to Texas DPS.

by the U.S. Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force, DPS Special Agents and the U.S. Marshals Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Texas' Top 10 Most Wanted fugitive Julian Exavier Murillo was arrested in California on Nov. 15, 2022.He had been wanted since May when the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a parole violation warrant for his arrest. In August, another warrant was issued for him by the Grand Prairie Police Department for failing to register as a sex offender.

Munoz, 40, was arrested at a residence in San Antonio by multiple agencies, including U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, DPS Special Agents, Texas Highway Patrol, Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Texas Attorney General’s Office and the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service all assisted in the arrest.

In 2000, Munoz was convicted of robbery and sentenced to 10 years. Five years later he was convicted onof a child following an incident with a 14-year-old girl. He received two separate 10-year sentences to be served concurrently, but was released early. The exact date of release was unavailable.
