The U.S. government must pay a little more than $230 million to the survivors and families of victims of a 2017U.S.
District Judge Xavier Rodriguez of the Western District of Texas said in the ruling that the determination was based on the suffering of the families of the 26 people killed in the attack and the injuries of survivors.
