In a future, battle-ravaged New York City, a lone surviving Turtle embarks on a seemingly hopeless mission seeking justice for the family he lost.
" The reveal doesn't give away too much, but shows scenes of battle and devastation as three out of four candles are slowly snuffed out, before an image of the game confirming it's"in development" is shown at the end.
