Jeffrey Moreau was wanted in connection to the April 26 shooting of a 15-year-old Lancaster Township resident in the area of South Queen and East Andrew streets, police said. The 15-year-old was shot in their lower torso. Moreau was charged last week with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a minor, receiving stolen property, recklessly endangering another person and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
