Four months after a 60-year-old Desert Storm veteran was shot and killed in her Orlando, Florida, neighborhood, police charged a 15-year-old with her murder Friday.

The alleged shooter, who's 15 years old, was charged withwith a weapon Friday — four months after the investigation into her murder began, the Orlando Police Department said.
"Through the relentless efforts of our Homicide Detectives along with cooperation from the community and Central Florida Crimeline a suspect has been captured," the department said in a statement posted to Facebook. The 15-year-old was charged with first-degree murder with a weapon four months after Angela Sutton Washington was killed in Orlando, Fla.I cannot sit here and say that I’m not angry," Angela Sutton Washington's son, Fernando Washington, told FOX 35 in March.
