Takeaway bosses who worked tirelessly to get their business back on its feet after it was gutted by fire saw their grand reopening delayed after vandals struck.

Between £12,000 and £15,000 worth of meat and food was destroyed in the fire, the cause of which is being investigated by the fire service.
“We were depressed but we had to get out there and make our local community happy. The encouragement from the locals have helped us get through this. The takeaway now has been painted and cleaned and features a new bar, new lights and devices have been replaced. Renovations to the building so far have cost more than £15,000.
