, a fast-casual counter-service kiosk is coming to the park, 3801 Eastside, with a menu of handheld foods as well as fruits, ice cones, elotes, mangonadas, micheladas, frozen margaritas and raspas.
The project from Gaspachos Fruits and Cravings food truck purveyor Jennifer Perez, will go into space that once housed chef Tim Love’s Love Shack burger kiosk.Little's Oyster Bar from Pappas Restaurants opening this week The Gaspachos food truck, which has been a frequent presence at Levy Park, will now have a permanent location with Mexican Bites.
“Gaspachos Mexican Bites will be a great addition to the park as we continue to enhance Levy Park’s amenities and appeal,” stated park director Stephanie Kiouses.“Food should taste and feel good. It should be healthy, have the freshest ingredients and flavors,” Perez stated. “We like to surprise each guest with a unique experience and look forward to bringing our heavenly bites to Levy Park.”
