Robert “Bo” Schiemer, 46, died on Jan. 29 after a “long fight with duty-related cancer,” according to the TFD.“It is hard to put into words how difficult a loss this is for his family, our department, and the community,” said Fire Chief Tory GreenThe memorial service will be held at the Tacoma Dome Exhibition Hall at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Drivers are advised to expect brief traffic delays on the procession route through downtown Tacoma between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m.
