Since leaving behind a life of crime violence, Jess Bryden has found purpose through boxing.

"It was either go to prison or be sectioned. If it wasn't for me being sectioned, I don't think I would have come out the other side of it."After she was sectioned, Ms Bryden spent some time out of the country. She left behind her former life, with little or no access to social media. Mr Bryden says criminal exploitation is affecting young people across the country - regardless of their wealth or class.
