Though it might sound like it, Swedish Poetry isn’t all about wholesomeness; its lyricism is laced with mission.

In this case it was the rainwear company that Stutterheim, a former copywriter, founded in 2010 after—the story goes—he found his grandfather’s old slicker and took it apart.

Stutterheim sees Swedish Poetry as being lifestyle driven. The offerings suggest it’s one connected to the vagaries of nature. “I think you can find poetry in almost everything,” says Stutterheim. “I want some substance and humor and humanity. I want the brand to say something. I came up with the name Swedish Poetry because I think it’s warm and welcoming.

Swedish Poetry, like everything he touches, is an authentic extension of his own worldview and personal psychology.
