Thomas Thomas Jr. was indicted Wednesday by a grand jury in federal court in Mobile of illegal possession of a machine gun and and possession of an unregistered firearm, court records showed. Federal prosecutors alleged Thomas used a so-called “Glock switch,” a device that transforms a handgun into a machine gun.
