The man suspected of killing four people in two Alabama counties has been indicted in two of the slayings.

A Jefferson County grand jury on June 13 issued the capital murder indictment against 29-year-old Daniel “Parker” Watson, according to court records made public Thursday.

Watson on Wednesday was moved from the St. Clair County Jail to the Jefferson County Jail where he is being held without bond. He was served Wednesday with the indictment in the Birmingham homicides. Hernandez and Brown were found shot to death that Tuesday at a home in South East Lake. They are believed to be the first pair of slayings committed by Watson, police said.

Davidson was inside the residence and still alive. He was flown by lifesaver to UAB hospital and later pronounced dead.
