Susan Sarandon's latest photo of her black eye is even more shocking than the first.
5:49 AM PST, November 27, 2019Earlier this week, the 73-year-old actress took to Instagram to share a shot of herself with a large black eye. The massive black and dark purple bruise was due toshe took last week, which also resulted in a concussion, a welt on her forehead, and a fractured nose.
"I’m lucky. I have Medicare to cover my visit to ER. Everyone deserves the same, not access, not pathway to, not option," Sarandon captioned the post, before expressing her endorsement for Senator Bernie Sanders in the 2020 presidential election. "M4A saves $. Nobody loses their home because of cancer, no rationing insulin," she added. "You know, like the rest of the free world. #bernie2020"
