Shark attacks 19-year-old surfer off the coast of North Carolina as he swam in the water with his brothers.
The 17-year-old, Paige Winter, was swimming at a beach close to Fort Macon State Park when the shark attacked.
"Everyone started screaming, and I looked to my left and they were rushing towards this little girl," a witness, Lacy Whorton, told WRAL-TV. The footage, filmed from a balcony overlooking the water, shows the woman swimming quickly back to shore once she hears the frantic warning calls from others at the beach.
"They pulled the man up. He looked unconscious when they transferred him to the gurney," witness Alison Keller told Hawaii News Now.
