“The forecast could change pretty quickly,” said Jason Dunn, a meteorologist for the weather service in Fort Worth on Saturday. “It’s one of those events where you have to kind of keep an eye on everything.” The storms are forecast to develop between 1 and 2 p.m. and continue into the evening. The weather is expected to begin northwest of Dallas-Fort Worth before spreading over the area in the mid- to late afternoon, Dunn said.
