Sundance Film Festival announced booster shots are required in order to attend the event next month

Sundance, which will take place between January 20 and January 30 in Park City, Utah, will provide PCR and rapid tests for participants and will require employees and some guests to provide a negative test result before attending. Participants must wear masks in all indoor areas and in lines, and it is “strongly recommend[ed]” that they be worn outdoors as well.
Sundance will limit the capacity of most events, including movie showings, and eating and drinking will not be allowed in theaters. Other major film festivals, including Venice, Tribeca, Toronto and Cannes, take place later in the year and have not announced their plans.
