Sudan’s former President Omar al-Bashir was sentenced to two years in a rehabilitation facility after being convicted of money laundering and corruption
The 75-year-old Mr. Bashir has been in custody since April, after Sudan’s military generals ousted him following months of nationwide protests against his three-decade rule. He will serve the sentence in a state-run facility in the capital Khartoum, officials said Saturday.
