This revelation comes out in the midst of Kendall discovering another one of Shiv's lies, making his reaction even worse.
Meanwhile, at ATN, the Roy siblings and Tom had to make a decision. While Shiv believed that ATN should wait to call the race, as the Wisconsin votes would have changed the results, Roman's political leanings led to him arguing that ATN should call it in favor of Mencken. The decision is Tom's, with him eventually making the choice to call the race for Mencken.
