Subway said that the new space features its first-ever innovation center and mock restaurant where staff will be able to experiment on new sandwiches and products."Modeled to resemble a real Subway restaurant, the Mock Restaurant provides a dedicated space to test products in a real-life setting, enabling the brand to refine its operations and explore new possibilities for its guest experience," the company said.
Subway said that the office is split over two-and-a-half floors and has a "modern, open layout" including collaborative spaces, a fitness center, and a "spacious" cafeteria.Subway says that around 150 staff work from the office, including people in consumer-facing functions and its Latin America regional office staff.
