2023 has been a year of strikes, with professions across the board holding industrial action.
The BMA are continuing strikes for fairer pay, saying junior doctors have received a 26% pay-cut since 2008. The union's members are calling for an above-inflation pay rise which is fully funded and doesn’t affect schools’ budgets.July will see a new wave of rail strikes, although it is uncertain how they will affect Lincolnshire.
