UK weather latest as a third person is confirmed to have died during Storm Babet. The Met Office has issued a new red weather warning for north eastern Scotland for Saturday and major incidents have been declared in Suffolk, South Yorkshire and Derbyshire in England.
The storm has affected much of Scotland and Ireland, with a Met Office weather warning in place until noon tomorrow. Heavy rain and high winds will also hit parts of England and Wales.
