Wall Street rallied Monday, with all three major U.S. stock indexes posting record finishes as investors cheered a so-called phase-one U.S.China trade deal. The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +0.36% rose around 99 points, or 0.4%, to end near 28,235, according to preliminary figures, while the S&P 500 SPX, +0.71% advanced around 23 points, or 0.7%, to finish near 3,191. The Nasdaq Composite COMP, +0.91% ended near 8,814, gain of around 79 points, or 0.7%.
