The bonfire and fireworks displays happening in Stockport this year
It's that time of year again when the skies are lit up with the vivid colours of fireworks and the smell of burning bonfires fill the air. In just over a week's time, people across Greater Manchester will be heading out to enjoy Bonfire Night - an annual commemoration of the failed gunpowder plot which sought to blow up the House of Lords and King James I in 1605.

As always, it it advised to double check with the event organisers before making your way there as things may change at the last minute. Some events have not been included as they have already sold out, however, if you would like one included you can add it in the comment section or email: [email protected].
Organisers have said that they do not permit any personal fireworks to be brought onto the premises, so don’t bring any with you. They also do not permit any alcohol to be brought onto the premises. Happy Radio will be hosting the main stage with DJ Darren Procter leading the night's events. The main stage will see the return of a much-loved live acts, including acoustic soul singer Daisy Kate, the fantastic Ignite Fire Dancers and returning from 2022, the amazing ukulele Boyband UKE box.Tickets are priced at £12.50 for adults, £7.50 for children , and £35 for a family of four. Onsite parking costs £12 and Brookdale parking, which is close by is priced at £7.
