Mr Lawrence said that he has “no doubt” that Mr Norris and Mr Dobson killed his son, but he wants them to “confess it to the world.”“Stephen is dead and buried and Jamaica, he’ll never be able to come out of that coffin. It would be courteous of them to answer the question: Did you kill my son? And for them to say: ‘Yes, I killed Stephen Lawrence.’”was blighted by incompetence and institutional racism.
