Starstruck, the romantic comedy series led by star and creator Rose Matafeo, will debut its six-episode third season Thursday, September 28, on Max.
“Starstruck follows Jessie , a millennial living in East London juggling two dead end jobs,” according to the official logline. “Jesse navigates the complications of becoming romantically involved with famous film star Tom and follows the couple as they realize they can’t keep away from each other.”The official logline for Starstruck Season 3 reads: “Still living in London and working at the local cinema, Jessie explores a new single life after parting ways with film star Tom .
Starstruck Season 3 will see Matafeo making her directorial debut. It’s produced by Avalon and executive produced by Rob Aslett, Jon Thoday, Cath Gagon, Richard Allen-Turner, Matafeo, and Gregor Sharp for the BBC.
