Stacey Solomon defended by Giovanna Fletcher after 'ridiculous' mum-shaming over nails
Giovanna Fletcher has jumped to the defence of Stacey Solomon after the latter was mum-shamed for getting a manicure just weeks after the birth of her fifth child.
Mum of three Giovanna, 38, who is married to McFly's Tom Fletcher, slammed Stacey's mum-shamers as "ridiculous" during an appearance on C4's Steph's Packed Lunch after host Steph McGovern brought them up. "Yes, it's amazing the fact that you've been able to bring this life into the world, and we know so many people who would love to be in that position."You've got no idea how many tears are being cried or you know how much sleep isn't being had and how difficult it actually is."A few days ago, Stacey took to her Instagram stories to show off her fresh set of acrylic nails, some of which were painted with tiny, delicate daisy patterns.
She said: "Well I think they're really practical. They're great for tickles. Belle's absolutely loving them," while holding her newborn daughter.
