Los Angeles and Orange counties will clear up late in the afternoon, but not before some rain in the morning. A high of 61 and a low of 48 is on tap.

The valleys and Inland Empire is expected to see rain and possibly thunder early Thursday morning, before some sunshine emerges in the afternoon. The high is expected to reach 60 degrees.Mountains could see about 3-5 inches of snow and windy conditions Thursday. Cold temperatures stick around, with a high of 33 and a low of 18 degrees expected.

Deserts can expect morning showers and breezy conditions Thursday. Some sunshine is expected to emerge later in the day amid a high of 53.
