Also picking up an award was Dilawar Hussain who runs a business in Leyland.Known locally as ‘Dilly’ he checks on his neighbours and gives them food and supplies when they need them. He also encourages businesses to work together in the Leyland area.Ann and Dilawar received their awards at a cweremony at Chorley Town Hall on Saturday 9 September.
