Los Angeles and Orange counties on Monday will see a high temperature of 76 degrees, with Santa Ana winds and sunshine.Beaches will be breezy with a high of 70 and 2-4 foot surf. Mountain communities will be cool and breezy, with a high of 53 during the day, dropping to 23 overnight.
