On Sunday, Los Angeles and Orange counties will see comfortable conditions, with a few clouds in the morning, a high of 76 by the afternoon and some light breezes. Similar conditions are expected for July 4.
The valleys and Inland Empire on both Sunday and Monday will see a high of 86, with some clouds and breezes. The beaches for the holiday weekend will be in the upper 60s. Mornings will be cloudy and sunshine will emerge later in the day.Deserts can expect a high of 87 degrees with sun and wind. Later in the week, Southern California is likely to see a heat wave roll in, with temperatures in the Inland Empire and desert communities hitting 100 by Friday.
