The camera, located at Main and Walnut Streets and looking south, will be streaming daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
It’s been said, many times and many ways: Bethlehem’s Main Street looks like a Hallmark movie during the holidays.During a brief press conference Monday morning on Main Street, Senior Vice President of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce Tammy Wendling announced that the Christmas City would be featured onthrough Dec. 30. The EarthCam camera, which has been set aloft looking south from Walnut and Main streets, will be streaming from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
The initiative came together pretty quickly, Wendling noted. The Hallmark Channel reached out to the city, then to the Citizens Christmas City Committee, a camera was shipped and installed, and now the livestream is up, all within the span of a month.
