It was recently confirmed that SM Entertainment plans to set up headquarters in Singapore as part of their mission to expand into the Southeast Asian market. In line with this expansion, SM Entertainment intends to launch various businesses in Singapore, including cafes, merchandise stores, and exhibitions.
In addition to these headquarters, SM’s founder Lee Soo Man has expressed his interest in potentially creating a new NCT Singapore group. As the agency expands into Southeast Asia, it also plans to gradually reach the Middle East. With this includes Lee Soo Man’s plans for even more NCT subunits, such as NCT Saudi and NCT Tokyo.
Looking to next year, Lee Soo Man also revealed that SuperM would be making their comeback announcement in early 2023.
