County Donegal man Alan Vial, 38, is charged with murderGardaí say the alleged murder victim is Northern Ireland man Robert WilkinA man has been charged with murder after a body was found in the sea at the foot of the cliffs of Slieve League in the Republic of Ireland.Alan Vial, who has an address at Drumanoo Head near Killybegs in County Donegal, appeared at Ballyshannon District Court on Friday afternoon.
The 38-year-old is accused of murdering Northern Ireland man Robert Wilkin, also known as Robin Wilkin, on 25 June. The judge remanded Mr Vial in custody to appear by videolink at Letterkenny District Court on Monday.
