Cellular laptops are being added to the network's range of devices
Tech giant Sky, which offers TV, phone and broadband, has added laptops to its list of devices. Sky Mobile customers can now get their hands on a laptop with its own data and sim plan, meaning users won't have to connect to Wifi hotspots to get internet access.
Sky has said it is the first network to provide rolled over data plans on connected laptops. This means any unused data is put into customers' Sky piggybanks, so it can be saved and used again on both phone and laptop devices. Among the selection includes the Chromebook GO LTE, Chromebook2 360 LTE, as well as two Windows laptops, the Galaxy Book2 Go 5G and the premium Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 5G.
Customers can choose either a 24 or 48 month payment plan at 0 percent interest, with each laptop's monthly cost varying from model to model.
