“An investigation has been initiated to determine facts surrounding the video,” San Jose Fire Chief Robert Sapien, Jr., said in a statement. The city said that if the investigation uncovers"inappropriate behavior" in violation of the city's code of ethics,"appropriate steps will be taken to address the matter."San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo shared a statement with KTVU:"If the investigation concludes that this video is as bad as it looks, then heads must roll.
