A South Euclid woman, 20, and Youngstown girl, 16, were caught shoplifting at Walmart Oct. 21. Officers spoke to the girl’s mother on the phone and learned the girl had been staying with the woman. The woman was cited for theft and charges were recommended in juvenile court against the girl.
