A disgraceful thing to do
A business director has told of his frustration after the window of his store was smashed with bricks. Karl Theakstone, the director at Fahrenheit Plumbing and Heating in Wollaton Road, Beeston, said the damage will cost him £300.
He told Nottinghamshire Live: "There were not any bricks missing from the nearby buildings, so we thought they must have come from a building site."I looked around to find a building site, and we found one on this road, so we think this is where they came from. It was a member of staff who opened the shop on Monday morning and saw the bricks."
The business has been operating in the area for nine years. He added: "The repairs would cost us £300. It is an inconvenience.
