A new ShazamFuryOfTheGods poster has arrived, showing Zachary Levi's titular hero having a blast aboard an E-scooter.
Zachary Levi is back and ready to bring some fun to the superhero genre in the new Shazam! Fury of the Gods poster. The upcoming DC Universe sequel will see the titular hero and his foster family face off against the Daughters of Atlas, who are looking to obtain a weapon that could destroy the world.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY With just a few months remaining until it hits theaters, Zachary Levi took to his Instagram to reveal a new Shazam! Fury of the Gods poster. The key art sees the titular DCU hero riding through a wall of smoke on an E-scooter, with the actor humorously hyping how the film will outdo its predecessor.
Much like the new Shazam! Fury of the Gods poster, however, the one trailer shown for the upcoming DCU sequel have teased that Sandberg and his creative team are looking to try and at least live up to the fun of their predecessor, if not surpass it.
Even outside of its humor, the prior Shazam! Fury of the Gods trailer nicely highlighted some of the thrilling set pieces to come from the DCU sequel, namely those involving Mirren and Liu's Daughters of Atlas. With Levi and the rest of the cast teasing that the film will outdo the original Shazam! in a variety of ways, it will be interesting to see if the film can surpass the high bar set by its predecessor. Only time will tell when Shazam! Fury of the Gods hits theaters on March 17.
