Traveling out of SFO soon? A new food option is coming.
Proper Food, a grab-and-go-chain with nine locations in San Francisco's Financial District, is opening a new outpost inProper Food was founded by Howard Bloom and Dana Bloom, two San Francisco residents who met while attending Stanford University. They partnered with chef Juan Muñoz, who previously worked at Tender Greens and the City Club of San Francisco.
The chain offers grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, soups, breakfast and hot plates such as salmon teriyaki and coconut curry tofu. All menu items are made with seasonal ingredients.“We believe people should not have to choose between eating well and eating fast," said Howard Bloom in the press release."Our mission is to change the way people eat on the go.”
