“We need the public — if someone knows something, or if they’ve seen damage to the front of someone’s car,” Quiroz told SFGATE.the suspect vehicle as a black Nissan Altima sedan with damage to the passenger side front bumper. It was last spotted traveling southbound on Third Street after hitting Tamez at Third Street and Fairfax Avenue.
