TORNADO OUTBREAK: The National Weather Service says 5 tornadoes have been confirmed so far in North Texas, and that number could rise to as many as 12 once all the surveying is complete.

The storm continued along Northwest Highway taking down power lines and uprooting trees, before causing damage to the city service center and Grapevine Mills Mall.
