After an alleged incident Feb. 22 at actor Selma Blair's home, she and ex-boyfriend Ronald Carlson are both granted temporary orders preventing contact.
Selma Blair was granted a temporary restraining order Wednesday against ex-boyfriend Ronald Carlson, whom she says attacked her last month. Then on Thursday, Carlson and his daughter were granted a temporary restraining order protecting them from Blair, whom Carlson accused of initiating the alleged incident Feb. 22.
Blair alleged in the document that Carlson jumped on her, choked her, shook her, held her by both arms and knocked her head on the floor, then slapped her in the face, causing her nose to bleed. She remembered putting her hand on his face and sticking him in his eyes or mouth, according to the document. He allegedly covered her mouth and face, pushing her down into the couch after she screamed for her housekeeper.
Meanwhile, in his own filing, Carlson blamed Blair, saying she was upset that he wanted to break up with her. The two had dated on and off for the last seven years. Representatives for Blair and Carlson did not respond immediately Thursday afternoon to requests for comment.Carlson was arrested around 11 p.m. Feb. 22 and spent the night in jail. He is scheduled to be arraigned June 22 on criminal domestic violence charges, according to his filing.
