SOS Dance classes help women feel confident whilst dancing to routines created by industry experts
A Liverpool dance school is offering special 'self love' classes, aiming to help women feel confident whilst performing routines created by choreographers who have worked with some of the biggest names in music.
The SOS Dance brand was originally created in London by dancer Bonnie Lister Parsons. After becoming one of the capital's most popular dance classes, the company branched out across the UK.Abby Smyth, 31, teaches SOS Dance classes every Thursday at Topaz Dancentre on Heald Street, where she will be hosting Beyoncé-inspired classes this month. The mum-of-one works full time in marketing in addition to sharing her passion for dance in the evenings.
"I have always loved to dance since I was younger and attended a couple of dance schools. I wanted to get back into dancing to find time for myself throughout my busy life. I was searching high and low for a dance class on social media, which is where I came across SOS.
