"It took me four years now to even feel at a good place with this album, and it's just because I had such huge moments that happened in my life personally," the singer-actress said Tuesday on NBC's 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
When it comes to performing, Gomez revealed that she prefers live productions of her more emotional songs as opposed to fun dance tracks. "I love everything that I get to do and be a part of, but specifically something that connects with people on an emotional level in my favorite," she said.After she explained that she was cast in the zombie film because writer-director Jim Jarmusch's daughter is a fan of hers, Gomez revealed what it was like to work with the iconic actor.
Gomez said that Murray would try to make her laugh all the time. "In press conferences, he would try to hit me with things," she said. "He's fun. He's a big kid."
