A second Pa. Superior Court judge has announced that she will seek the vacant state Supreme Court seat in 2023, brining the total number of candidates to three so far.

Kunselman joins Montgomery County Court President Judge Carolyn Carluccio, a Republican, and fellow Democratic Superior Court Judge Daniel McCaffery, of Philadelphia, in the race.Candidates announce bids to fill Pa.
