The Arizona Cardinals-Los Angeles Rams game on local TV that was part of the lineup Sunday afternoon. Guests are assigned a cabana they reserve, and a remote control is waiting once they get settled. Vincent de Croock, the resort's director of sales and marketing, is one of those from elsewhere. During a hotel stay shortly after being transferred from another property, he was looking for a place to watch his favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs.
For locals who just want to spend the day at the hotel pools, there's a day pass option for the 2.5-acre water complex that features 10 pools, 20 fountains, 45 waterfalls and a three-story water slide. It's a Sunday loaded with any game they want to watch on flat-screen TVs followed by the hometown Cardinals in the afternoon, with swim or hot tub or food breaks.
The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale resort will also be one of the main hotels for Super Bowl 57 in February, de Croock said.
