“We need that information so that we feel that we are getting full answers, we’re getting to the truth, we understand the decision-making process that was going on at the time, and that lessons can be learned.” A Scottish government spokeswoman said Deputy First Minister Shona Robison intended to make a statement to Holyrood on the issue this week.
