Campaigners accused Tory ministers of 'breaching the principles of devolution' after the Scottish Government was told to exclude glass bottles from its scheme
The Scottish scheme will come in ahead of similar initiatives in the rest of the UK, which are not scheduled to be introduced until October 2025.
