“I absolutely love being a mom to people,” she added in a confessional. “I love mothering people. It’s so in my blood just to be a mom. I wouldn’t have it any other way.” Khloé went on to gush over Dream in the sneak peek of Thursday’s episode, saying the little one is “one of [her] babies.”
