This is the moment a Scots teenager was assaulted by thug on a Midlothian street as he went to meet friends. Kerri Smart and her son Blair, 13, hope the man is found and punished with CCTV footage from a nearby house shared on social media.
A vehicle can be circling a nearby roundabout before the man approaches Blair. The teen then drops his phone before being struck again. "The driver dropped the boy off and he came up to Blair and said 'what's your name' but didn't even give him a chance to answer before he started hitting him. "We think we know who it is as people have been messaging me saying he comes over regularly and threatens kids younger than him - he's basically a troublemaker.
